The worst part about breaking something is probably the long wait until you get it fixed. Do you have to mail it back and then wait for it to be returned? Do you have to go out and find a replacement part yourself? Conveniently located in our showroom, you can bring in your blinds and shades and have them repaired in-house. As long as we don’t have to special order the parts from Hunter Douglas, you can expect your shade to be repaired within 3 business days. We understand the shades might be too large and cumbersome to bring in yourself, not to worry, we can schedule someone to come directly to your home. Our goal is to repair your shade on site however, sometimes they do need to come back to the workroom. Once completed we are delighted to bring it back to you, reinstall the shade and answer any questions you might have!
